Using this site

jetechfab.com is operated by JE Technology Solutions. By using it you agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully; do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit malicious files.

Quote requests are not contracts

Submitting a request does not create an order or a binding agreement, and does not obligate us to quote. Any pricing, lead time, or capability we discuss is an estimate until we issue a written quotation. A binding commitment exists only in a written quotation or acknowledged purchase order signed or issued by JE Technology Solutions. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price.

Your drawings stay yours

You keep all ownership and intellectual property rights in the files you upload. You grant us a limited license to open, review, store, and reproduce them only as needed to evaluate your request, prepare a quotation, and — if you place an order — manufacture your parts. We do not use your designs to make products for anyone else and we do not publish them.

You confirm you have the right to send us what you upload, and that doing so does not breach anyone else’s rights or any agreement you are under.

Files you may not submit

Do not upload Controlled Unclassified Information, ITAR-controlled, classified, or export-controlled technical data. Do not upload malware or anything unlawful. We may delete anything that violates this and may decline any request for any reason.

Accuracy

We work to keep capability, equipment, and process information on this site accurate, but it is provided for general guidance. Specifications for your job are confirmed in your quotation.

No warranty on the site

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not affect any warranty in a quotation or purchase order for work we actually perform — those terms govern the work itself.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JE Technology Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for manufactured work is governed by the applicable quotation or purchase order, not by these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here.
