JE TechFab is a brand of JE Technology Solutions, a contract manufacturer in Apopka, Florida. This policy covers jetechfab.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form — your name, business email address, company, phone number if you provide one, and any message — together with the files you upload, such as drawings, CAD models, and bills of material.
Automatically, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
Analytics are not currently running on this site. The consent banner exists for analytics we have not yet enabled. If we turn them on, this policy will be updated first and the banner will control whether they run for you.
Why we collect it
To review your request, prepare a quote, and contact you about it. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
Your files
Uploaded files are stored in Amazon Web Services in the United States. They are encrypted at rest, are never publicly accessible, and are automatically scanned for malware before anyone at JE TechFab can open them. Access is limited to staff who need it to quote or produce your work.
We use your files only to review and quote your request, and to produce your parts if you place an order. We do not share them with anyone outside JE Technology Solutions except a supplier or outside process required to complete your work — and then only what that supplier needs.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and their files while the request is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can answer questions about work we quoted or produced. You can ask us to delete your files at any time and we will, except where we are required to keep records of work actually performed.
Companies that process data for us
- Vercel — hosts the website
- Amazon Web Services — stores uploaded files, in the United States
- Resend — delivers the confirmation and notification emails
Each processes information only to provide those services to us.
Your choices
Email us to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; tell us what you need and we will do our best to honor it.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, malware scanning on uploads, and access limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date. This policy is under legal review and we expect to publish a fuller version.
